SOURCE: I have a 2006 Suzuki M109R fuel leak

Check your fuel tank vent... You might try to open the gas cap before you start it to see if that stops it from happening. If it does somehow your tank is being pressurized by your fuel pump and venting may be an issue.

There is a recall on this bike. There is fuel hose thst connects two fuel pipes. One of the pipes may not be perfectly round where the hose clamps to the tube. The recall was isued in 2007. Not sure if the recall is still active

My M109R stall when I put it into gear, The stand switch is plugged in and seems to be working correctly. I just installed new air filters and a fuel processor. Runs fine in idle.

You should check the kick stand switch with a meter or unplug it and install a jumper wire to be sure. Is your clutch adjusted properly? Is the bike trying to move when it is placed in gear?

Check your fuel filter, fuel pressure and fuel lines for obstructions.

Rough idling , backfiring on acceleration

Sometimes, the easy solutions, are the best. Here are a few ideas. 1) Check your sparkplugs. Are they burnt? Are they gapped correctly? Are they the right plugs? 2) What kind of gas are you using? A lower octane fuel will not burn eficiantly enough, and could leave carbon deposits on the plugs.3) Check your air filter. After sitting for the winter, I suggest replacing the air filter, spark plugs, and engine oil, EVERY SPRING!
