I'm not sure when Harley changed to fuses but I think your RK has circuit breakers. These sense an overload and trip the breaker. After a short time, the breaker resets. They are usually under the seat. they look like small metal boxes that measure about 1/2" X 1/2" X 1 1/4". They have a copper screw and a steel screw. The copper screw is the battery end of the breaker.
