I have never heard of an ABS having a pump.

Beings you hear it for a few seconds at startup, it's more likely the fuel pump building pressure.

Perfectly normal.

How do i get the wiring through the bars to the heated grips.

If you remove the pass switch on the left hand switch housing you have room to fit the round rocker switch in the his housing. This makes for a very clean installation. Since in the day time I ride with high beams on the pass switch was of know use to me plus flashing your high beams at a car you intend to over take seems to produce a rather random out come. I traced out the diameter of hole I would need with a scribe and then trimmed it out with a Dremel, test fitting the switch as I went. Much safer then trying to drill a hole that large in a piece of plastic.

The empty three wire plug under the nose fairing is intended for the factory heated grips. I cut of the plug and wired into the power here. There are three wires, 12v hot, 12v signal, & Ground. The 12v hot use the fuse in the fuse box marked for the heated grips but remains hot even when the bike is off. So I wired in a 12v relay using the signal wire to switch the 12v hot with the ignition. This will prevent dead batteries if I leave the heated grips on or if a passer by feels the need to flip switches on my bike; it's happed before! You will be able to tell which is the 12v hot and 12v signal by pulling the heated grip fuse and seeing which wire remains hot.

hope this helps

How can I turn to remove two allen head screws that attaches the iginition key cylinder and body to a 1991 Honda ST1100 motorcyle? One of the allen head openings is almost rounded out from trying.

A small punch or chisel may get it to turn.
If not you may need to drill the head off with a 6mm drill, this should leave a little bit of thead that can be removed with vice grips after the ignition is off.

The timing marks in the honda manual didn't work. I need the timing marks for a 1995 honda ST1100

Yes, the Honda manual is incorrect. Set the crank pulley at T1 with both camshaft pulley marks lining up. At this point you can install the right hand side camshafts all as per the manuals instructions. The manual is correct up to this point. Now turn the crank pulley clockwise until the T4 mark lines up and install the left hand side cams. Make sure the cam lobes for no 2 cylinder are facing each other and the lobes for no 4 cylinder are facing away from each other. The two dots on the cam gears will align up with the cylinder head surface. Cylinder identification as seen from sitting on the bike. Right hand side front is no 1, Right rear is no 3. Left front is no 2 and guess which one is no 4? Hopethis helps
