SOURCE: Suzuki VL intruder 125 back brake sticking and braklight stuck on
i too had this problem .....dnt worry just remove the brake cable and lubricate it with some spray like ABRO or WD40 lubricating spray then you sprayed some in the cable.play with it pull it forward and push it backward.,lubricate and repeat the steps till you find the cable goes smoother...you know it usually happens due to dust and dirt which enters the cable n get it stuck, try this n tell me..

SOURCE: 1991 rm 125 clutch springs torque
The clutch springs are not the problem. Check to see if all parts were installed as shown below. The clutch plates alternate Fiber/steel/fiber/steel, starting and ending with a fiber. Be sure the teeth on the clutch rack are pointing to the rear.
A “very helpful” rating for this answer? Thanks!

SOURCE: 2000 Suzuki VL 125 Intruder "No Power"
Check if you have gas?, see if the fuse is shot, should be on the bottom side of the gas tank, could be just a faulty spark plug, worse case scenario the pulse coil is shot or the stator

SOURCE: how do you change oil on a 2007 suzuki 125 drz
Just remove the fill plug to let air in then the drain plug to drain the oil. NEVER use synthetic oil or oils with "Special" additives. They can mess up your clutch. 10w40 motor oil is used in the gearbox. Pleas rate my answer. Thanks
