If you mean the plastic center cover, it is easily removed by using an Allen wrench to take out the screw on the bottom, then simply popping it out forward.

Depending on how old your bike is there is an allen head or a nut at the top of your handlebar that when adjusted properly tightens the stem of the handle bar. You just have to tighten it down. Most use metric allen wrenches or sockets.

When I squeeze the rear brake level, both brakes come in against the wheel but when I let go, the left one stays against the wheel. I'm sure one of the bolts needs to be tightened just not sure which one.

Generally the problem is that the mounting bolt is loose and not holding the brakes in place.

You need a 5mm allen key to tighten the bolt. The bolt is located behind the brake and behind the frame or fork depending on whether it is front or rear. Hold the brake in place centered on the wheel then tighten the nut/ bolt with the allen key. test the brake, if it is still doing the same thing then there is an issue with the tension and you will want to run by a bike shop and have them take a look, it will be a quick diagnosis if the mechanic has any skill.

Power mirrors are loose, how do i tighten them?

Hi, if the complete unit is loose you will find bolts on the inside of the door just above the door panel behind a cover (usually a triangular shaped cover), that you will have to tighten. If the mirror glass is loose you should find a hole underneath the mirror housing where you have to put a screw driver in and tighten the screw on the inside to secure the glass.

I have a hampton bay ceiling fan & light, carriage house 52", white. the light fixture is loose, it feels like it is ready to fall. is there any way of thghting so it will not fall

Depending on where it's loose it would be tightened with the nut on the shaft/pipe going into the bottom of the fan or, tightening the screws which fasten the housing to the light fixture is -- these will be in the side of the lower cup which connects to the fan housing.

Bowflex Treadclimber rubs against housing.

Adjustment is needed. Remove rear covers and using a 9/16 wrench lossen the four bolts that secure treadle assembly to base. Place a 3/4 inch piece of plywood or a 3/8 inch socket extension in between the treadles in the front area. with that in place center them about an 1/8 in closer to the right upright as when you tighten the four bolt up the drive belt will place additional pressure and they should center perfect. tighten bolts...tight. remove wedge from between treadles and recalibrate unit. replace covers and enjoy. Use turtle wax on area rubbed to prevent rust.
