Before you cut into the harness, look under the seat in front of the rear fender for a 4 flat trailer connector. I had a Victory in my shop last winter w/ a trailer hitch, and it looked to me like it was part of the factory harness. You'll need to build a whip long enough to get to the trailer-this one was wired through and stored in the left bag. If it's not there, contact me back and I'll look up the wire diagram for you.
