Why does used replacement A/T start in third gear?

code p 1753 refers to AT-lock up clutch not engaging/disengaging===causes --wiring--lock up control solenoid A---TCM ( transmission control module
I would start at the wiring harness and connections to ensure that all the pins are clean and straight
then I would get a known good TCM and change it out to see if the fix was effective
because you can get gears, I would at this stage disregard the clutch lock up control solenoid (torque converter clutch solenoid)

maybe for an exacting diagnosis of the problem, a discussion and inspection by an accredited auto transmission specialist shop the deals with your make of vehicle would save money in the long run

Wont shift to third gear

There is a problem with the gearbox or clutch. The gearbox will have to be removed and the clutch inspected, then it may need a new clutch or gearbox.

I GOT A MANUAL 4-SPEED AND IT WILL NOT SHIFT INTO GEAR WHEN THE MOTOR IS RUNNING.I REPLACED THE TEN INCH CLUTCH,PRESSURE PLATE,WITH THE ELEVEN INCH.ITS A FOUR ON THE FLOOR NOT A COLLUM SHIFT

I think by going to the larger diameter clutch, you have to use a different length clutch fork and maybe a different release bearing. The larger clutch requires that the fork must travel farther to release the clutch. If you use the same fork , the ratio is all wrong. I think a shorter fork is what is needed.

Clutch pedal sticks to the floor; the brake reservoir was low

I believe your pressure plate is broken and at a minimum will have to be replaced along with the clutch disk.

Add oil where and what type , on the frame is a dipstick whats this for bike is a 2006 wr-450

you will need about 1.2 litres of four stroke motorcycle engine oil 20w40 and an oil filter, and change it every few rides. Very important for long engine life.
You use the dip to make sure it has enough oil, but you have to start the bike and run it for a couple of minutes then dip the oil with the stick. Do not use car oils as the clutch may slip.

Down shifting

if you are going to fast and down shift of course its a grind maybe your suppose to be on 4th gear not third gear so that means you need to shift to 3rd.
