SOURCE: engine cuts out
It sounds like something is preventing the bike from getting fuel. Check fuel filter, fuel tank vent, air filter too. If you have vacuum building up in the tank, letting the bike sit for a few minutes slowly releases that vacuum allowing the pump to pull fuel easily again for a bit. Next time the bike quits open your fuel tank. If you hear a whoosh of air being sucked in look for a plugged vent line. A plugged air filter can have a similar effect but the only way to check that is change the air filter or look at the one you have. It would have to be really, really dirty or plugged with some debris to cause this problem.

SOURCE: engine oil drainage
there are lots of ways of draining the oil ther should be a plug on the bottom or you have to take off the side plate on the bottom side of the motor

Go into the menu, and use 45256 to get into the "diagnostics" sub-menu. There is a "reset" option that will turn off the wrench.

It has a restet button near the battery. You should press that button until the light goes off. If it doesn't go off than presst the button and the brake for a few seconds, and it should reset the light.
It's a service light anyway, is is nor connected to any oil pressure sensor. Download service manual from here for mor info: http://www.manualedereparatie.info/categorii/aprilia.html
