Question about 2007 Honda VT 750 Shadow
Many people change there plugs on a yearly basis. Motorcycle plugs are like car plugs. A standard car plug is usually good for 10,000 miles. The same is true for most motorcycle plugs. I change my plugs every two years , and carry a spare set just in case I foul a set on a trip (bad gas). My plugs generally are changed between 5000 to 8000 miles.

You bike takes 4 plugs, 2 per cylinder depending on what manufacturer you use in your bike the number will change.
But here is a page for Denso Plugs:

I have ran into this problem before. It is weird, but some sockets will fit it and others will not. I know my craftsman 3/8 drive socket will fit.

Hi and welcome to FixYa,
To my understanding, sparkplug gap should be 0.8 ~ 0.9 mm (0.03 ~ 0.04 in).
Good luck and thank you for asking FixYa.
