Question about 2005 Honda NF 100 Wave
Sounds like water is getting into the air filter system. Try taking it out on a rainy day and riding a short distance then check the air filter to see if it is wet. Also if you are parking it outdoors and not covered try covering it as water will find its way into the air filter while it is sitting.
