If you're talking about the steering head bearings, there is a thin nut beneath the upper triple tree. Loosen the large nut on top of the upper triple tree and then you can adjust the thin nut below it.
Now, there is a specific method of setting the tension on these bearings. The method uses a small scale is called the "break away tension". You adjust the bearings so that it takes a certain amount of pressure to turn the steering from straight ahead to the lock with the front wheel off the ground. This is something that is not recommended for the amateur mechanic to mess with. If you get it wrong, a high speed wobble could result causing injury or death to the rider. If you have a wobble now, you need to take it to a dealer.
