CK,
Have you checked the spark at the spark plug? If not then please do so now. New spark plugs are fine if there is blue spark at the plug points. Also if there is enough fuel flowing to the carb. These are the two things you have to ensure before pressing the start button.

Hi! Please check the CDI as a first course of action. If the CDI is faulty you won't have any sparks and without spark the bike won't run. Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa!

Are you getting spark and fuel to the cylinder? Have you tested the kill switch to make sure it is not stuck on? I don't believe there is a fuse on this one. I could be wrong, if there is one, it would be under the seat.

Have you check the power from the stator?

Not the starter but the stator plate. This is on the crank and provides power to the coils. Like a crankshaft position sensor in cars.

While riding my oil filter came loose and i lost about half my oil. The bike stopped running but would turn over just fine. I put oil back in it after tighten up my filter but it still wont start,

Have you checked to see if you are getting spark at the plug? Look in your manual to see if there is a low oil pressure safety shut down switch that has to be reset.

My bike has sat for one year. I bought a new battery one year ago and drove it from my old apartment to my current one. The bike has not been started for one year. I got a used gas tank on ebay and...

Ok mate few things to consider here, if the bike has been non started and stationary for a year there is a very good chance that one of the following or all of the following has occurred.
Your battery is dead (they don't like just sitting - doesn't matter new or old, if left for extensive time they will die) Your gear / motor oil would be useless - oil can not just sit in bottom of bike for a year it would be glue
Your carbi would be blocked or partially blocked from fuel gum or varnish in jets
If you like this bike I highly recommend oil and filter change, New spark plug (put about 10 drops of oil down the spark plug hole before you put new spark plug back in to lube the piston) clean air filter (or fit new one) Remove carbi and compressed air clean all jets especially the pilot jet and circuit and stick in a new battery
Once all done for the fist start I would find a nice safe hill and push start it. in my experience under this circumstances if you rely on the electric starter you may find you burn it out trying to start so give at least few minutes running motor to flush everything through before trying to electric start would be your best bet
When you get it going I would dump the oil and oil filter again after 2 hours ride time to confirm all the old expired oil is flushed out - just to be safe
good luck regards Jamie

Pull the spark plugs then go get a fresh set. The bike is probably flooding out. Clean the air filter then spray starting fluid into the filter. Be sure there is gas in the tank and the fuel valve is open.

Six years is a long time and you are plrbably having a good time getting it going. My friend, I suggest you have the Honda Shop do a dune up on your machine before youtake it anywhere serious.

thanks for your question

Bike wont sart dont kno why??

You didn't mention the spark plugs.Did you replace them?Check also for strong spark on the cables.Unscrew the spark plug's plug from the cable and keep the edge of the cable about half an inch from the engine (aim a bolt usually near the cylinder's head) and with the kill switch "ON" press the start motor's button and you should see a blue thick spark.
Also check for normal fuel flow from the tank to the carbs.Change a fuel filter if necessary.
