Question about Triumph TT 600 Motorcycles
Depending on the damage cracks are easy take a soldering iron to the back of the crack and plastic weld the seem back together small dots 3or4 mm apart should be fine then take a suitable piece of plastic to reienforce the break flexable enough to mould to the contour i find plastic egg catoon it great as you can heat it up with a hair drier to mould to correct shape then use plastic bumper filler to fix it to the back remember if you are not going to see this side just rub down a little and piant if you can see it ie in the **** pit then you will need to do the best you can , now for the front plastic weld small dots again fill and rub down until you can just see the dots not to far the filler may shirink after primming check the repair and refill and redo if you can see any shrinkage .if you are going to paint your self then best go to an automotive paint supplier and have them colour match the paint take a part with you . if you are repairing holes use a thicker piece of plastic on the back fix this into place useing the filler then fill the front hope this helps
