Can I fit a SUZUKI RM 250 Engine into a 2000 RM 125 frame?

Hi, Anthony sounds like something I would try when I was a kid but after careful deliberation 4 out 5 Suzuki Gods give this one a thumbs down, but just to be on the safe side you should give your local dealer's parts/service department a call to confirm it's just not worth the time trouble and expense you would be better off getting a used 250 bike. When i turn the gas on it floods out, but when i turn the gas off while in riding, it picks up power then dies. is the float stuck?

Either the float is stuck or needle/seat need to be replaced, or there isn't a strong enough or hot enough spark to burn the fuel

My old suzuki rm 250's plug keeps getting fouled, what is causing this?

you can have your mix off, your air filter is plugged up, or you jets can be off pending your elevation.its possible your float is not set right or even a piece of trash on the needle valve that is dumping to much fuel. its definitely not your RINGS on a 2 stroke if it were a 4 stroke I'd say do a wet and dry compression test.Be sure you are using a quality oil as well.

03' rm 250 fouls plug in seconds.?

You need to ensure that your fuel/oil mixture is correct. Roughly between 40:1 and 32:1. Usually if you mix is off, it will foul plugs quickly. You can also get a compression test and if it fails look into getting a top end done. Any motorbike shop will be willing to do it and is generally inexpensive. It would be cheaper to do it yourself, assuming you are somewhat mechanically inclined and have the service manual. Good luck.22
