Hi, I think you might find you have an oil lubricated filter, a lot of bikes use oil on a foam filter as this attracts dirt and dust therefore minimizing ingress into combustion chamber. Cheers.

Check your inside filter most often behind the glove box or in that area. It may just need changing or something got in it.

Have 82 ford truck f150 runs for abut 5-15 mins than dies getin gas chang full pups two times same thant runs and die

Hmmm...maybe piston ring failure, valve seal failure, rich air/fuel mixture or maybe a head gasket (however that is normally white smoke due to coolant burning instead of oil). If it's so dark that it's almost blue then I can tell you that somehow oil is getting into the cylinder and burning alongside the air and fuel. Your best case scenario is that the engine is running rich (Rich:Too much fuel, Lean:Too much air) and the smoke is a dark grey to black color. CAUSES OF SMOKE

I have a 02 kawaski meanstreak. i am getin oil in the coolant, but no coolant in the motor oil.what would cause this?

Without being able to inspect the engine personally it sounds to me that you have a blown headgasket. The oil preasure is higher than the coolant preasure and therefore you have the oil in the coolant. Be careful as the oil will clog the radiater which will lead to overheating. I suggest you attend to it immediatly. Good luck and let me know the outcome. Regards Jacques.

I have a 91 dodge w150 with a 318 im not getin power to my injectors i tested the injectors and there good just not getin power 2 them

May be a bad Hall Effect Sensor in Distributor

Was the dist moved?

It is not for timing,it is for the injector timing

Remove the rotor & then the plate below & under it is the sensor

Timing comes from the computer & just uses the rotor & cap
to send out spark to the wires

Now you have an Auto Shut Down Relay in the box on the fender
if you got nothing at all. Do you hear the fuel pump when turning key on?

Hi I have a 1996 rf900r suzuki i find lately she is hitting hard in the front forks checked for fork leaks found none, would she be low on air in the forks , does it even take air in the forks hope to...

It's most likely that your fork springs are sagging, your oil needs replacing and you should adjust the preload and damping to get the setting you like. If you have an early model without preload and damping adjustment, then replace the springs with Hagon (

Fron end bottoming out and hitting front fender

Bad fork seals, allowing loss of fork oil. Missing fork oil due to mischief or missing drain plug. Fork damping mechanism failure. Huge pothole. Too many wheelies. Broken fork spring(s). Severe bike overload and heavy braking. Front end collision. Air shocks low on air.

Any of those things COULD cause the front to bottom out. Probably the most likely is low oil in the forks. Not likely the damping mechanism could have failed but it's possible.
