Question about 2005 Honda CBR 125 R
This is an overflow tube. When the float in the carb sticks it lets fuel keep going in the carb. A lot of times it is just a small piece of debris. And you can usually hit the bottom of the carb and the float will close. If not take the carb off and remove the screws that hold the float bowl on and clean the float needle valve.

Just had this with mine. it is the fuel vaccum tap located under the fuel tank. 2 mins to replace and a cheap part if you look around. 11 pound from wemoto website.
