Can I lower the ride hight of my Sym Jet 4 125 as I find it hard to put my feet down

Hi, Terry here are some options for lowering your bike depending on your needs and how much "DRACHMA" you have in your wallet:
1. Rear shock lowering kit.
2. Front fork lowering kit.
3. Shorter rear shocks.
4. Shorter front forks.
5. Thinner padded seat.
6. Lower profile tires.
Please be aware that some of these options or a combination of options will require a shorter kickstand or your stock one modified. For more information about your issue and valuable "FREE" stuff that you will need please click on the blue links below. Good luck and have a wonderful day.

Change my springs from a lowering set to a more progressive set of springs for a road king classic what is the factory hight of the forks fully extended after adding new springs ??

The springs you install will dictate the ride height so one needs to know the ride height specs for those particular springs which only the spring kit manufacturer/supplier is likley able to tell you.

Hi i bought kx 250 f 2004 model . Can the bike seat hight be adjusted to lower hight to soot my wife length. How do i adjust the hight can you assit please?

Koubalink I am short as well, could ride fine, but as the bike is tough to kickstart, I needed the height to get a full range on the kickstart. Bought a Koubalink, fitted it in about 30 mins and worked out perfectly. Cheers

The previous owner of my kx85 2004 had lowered the mono shock how do I adjust it so the bike will sit higher

ok, its been a while, but if i remember right, on one end of the shock you should see a series of "notches". what you'll need is a spanner wrench to rotate the shock until it catches on the right "notch" for the ride hight you want. hope this helps

very easy to lower the bike. go to ebay and buy lowering link. you will need a bike stand too... lift rear and front wheels and jack the middle of the bike. find a hard part. remove the fairings. remove the stock bone and replace with the lowering link. you are all set.

Hello, Most all motorcycles with Shocks have an Adjustment on the "Bottom" of the Shock which makes the Shock "Firmer or Softer". By making the Shock "Softer" (Lowering it) will Lower the Bike when you sit on it. Making it "Firmer" (raising it) will make it Higher. The Firmest/Tallest Position on the Shock is usually best for riding Two Adults so that the Weight doesn't let the Rear Fender drop onto the Rotating Rear Tire. You can also Measure the Length of your Shock (Measured from Center to Center of the Mounting Bolts) and go to your Local Motorcycle Salvage Yard and buy a Pair of Shocks that will be 1"-2" Shorter and Make Sure that they are from a Bike that is Similar in Weight and Size! (You don't want to put a set of 125cc Shocks on a 900cc bike) but Please check your Rear Fender Cleareance First and make sure that you can lower the bike this much!!! Most of the Motorcycles that I Lower, I Never go more than 2" unless I am Positive that I have the "Clearence"!!! Thanks Azharleybob
