You will have to measure your tire width and the frame width for the rear tire as Harley went to a wider rear in 2007

I have a 2005 road king with wire wheels. I just noticed a slight wobble in front tire. very much like when a tire tracks on pavement grooves. is this a road problem or tire/spoke problem?

If you can get the front wheel off of the ground, spin the wheel and check the tire for the wobble, check the axle for looseness, and the rim to see if it is bent.
