Question about Yamaha Drag Star Four Motorcycles
I am a dragstar owner myself and i had this problem for a while,
1. Remove the air filter temporarily and start it.
2. Replace the spark plugs with a new one. Start and run it.
If any of the two doesnt work, let me know so i'll do a follow up
hope this helps,

That's a fuelling problem
Sounds like she has been laid up for a while -
If more than 5 or6 months then you'll have to drain & replace the fuel from both the tank & carbs
If over a year then you may need to strip the carbs
It could just be sticky floats - try adding a carb cleaner to your fuel
