Im not completely familiar with that bike but from pictures and microfiche it looks like there are a couple of bolts under the fairing that when taken out shoild allow you to get into the wiring when you pull the cover out. I hope this helps
Check the wiring, you might have the tail lights wired wrong or if you have led taillights installed they could be the culprit - you might have to install a new flasher designed to work with LED lights.
reverse the wires...led indicaters are sensitive to which way round they're wired in...problem is though that unless you change your flasher unit or wire in ballast resistors they are going to flash too fast anyway.
have you changed the flasher relay to run led indicators if not you will need to you cant run standard bulb indicators and led together. and with the brake like sounds like pulling on the cable when on lock causing switch to stay on check that location of the wiring is correct and sufficient freeplay
