How do I get to the wire housing on the rear of the 2008 Yamaha V Star 1100 Custom to switch from standard turn signals to LED bullets?

Im not completely familiar with that bike but from pictures and microfiche it looks like there are a couple of bolts under the fairing that when taken out shoild allow you to get into the wiring when you pull the cover out. I hope this helps

Hooked up LED lights front and rear turn signals with brake light. Brake lights and rear turn signals worked until I hooked up front turn signals. Now rear turn signals not working but brake light is

Usually when you install LEDs, because of the difference in the voltage draw, to work correctly you need to install a "load equalizer".

Do the rear turn signals light, but not flash?

Rear led turn signal problems

reverse the wires...led indicaters are sensitive to which way round they're wired in...problem is though that unless you change your flasher unit or wire in ballast resistors they are going to flash too fast anyway.
