While driving the engine quit. Will restart and run for 5 sec then dies. All fuses ok and no apparent disconnect wire connectors.

It seems to be a problem with the crank shaft sensor causing it quitted while driving. Having the 2008 model, you still have warranty. Let have a dealer diagnose the problem and replace the part under warranty. Cheers.

I also have a c109RT 2008 I bought 2 month ago w same issue...

Suzuki are correct as it isn't a warranty issue, you pay for delivery in which case the oil levels are filled and checked by the dealer. This in my opinion a dealer warranty because they seem to have stuffed up. Frankly it is a bit hard to prove so if I were you I would have the oil drained and refilled to the correct level (Even using the same oil) by another shop. Try asking the dealer to do it first, you no ask you no get. If that doesn't work go somewhere else, if enough people do this it will hurt them in the long run.

My C109RT only has 480miles and is leaking oil where the shaft drive meets the engine is that a very serious problem and how long would it take to fix if one had parts in hand. It has an appointment at...

1.It is Not normal

2.Could have been a bad seal installed.
Could have been a metal burr left on the shaft, when the shaft was machined.
Could have been a Friday, and everyone at the factory was looking for Saturday, and messed up this installation. (lol!)

3.Patience is a virtue. Ride the bike now, run it low, or out of fluid in that drive, and you'll be waiting until you get Big Bucks to fix it, and waiting on next year to ride. Catch my drift?

Stay off of it for three days. IF You have to ride it to the shop, MAKE SURE that final drive unit is FULL! (And pray it doesn't run low, or out, on the way!)
Doomed? Chin up man! It's only a seal. May have been caused by a bad bearing.

Disc Drive is toast

If you purchased the item new you should be able to check with the store and see if the warranty is still good. Although, since the PC was purchased in DEC 2008, I don't think your warranty will still be valid.

I have had a lot of luck simply contacting the manufacturer's customer service department and explaining my issues. Basically if they want to keep a customer they will generally try to help. I received a new motherboard for an HP one time because I was having so much trouble. My PC was 3 years old at the time and NOT under warranty.

As for a solution, you will probably need to purchase another disc drive which can be obtained through your local PC repair shop, directly from the PC manufacturer, or you might try places such as www.tigerdirect.com.

Good luck!

Faulty key fob for 2008 Jeep Cherokee

Your vehicle should be under warranty, so take it in and let them fix it for free. If by some chance its not under warranty you could try a new battery, but most likely you need a new remote. I believe yours has the key as part of the remote so you will need to purchase the part, have them cut the key then probably pay them to program it to your car. If you have two keys you may not need to have them program it, some systems will learn a new key as long as you have one or two keys to put the system into sort of a learn mode.

Intermittent Starting Problem

My 2007 Commander never stalled while running, but every couple weeks would fail to start. Turn the key and nothing would happen. After a couple hours or overnight it would always start again with no errors recorded. First time they replaced the shift box (auto) thinking the system was not showing in park. Second time they did nothing. Third time they replaced the keys and fob module thinking it wasn't being recognized. Fourth time it finally wouldn't start at the dealer either and they replaced the starter. So far so good and I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Dave
