How can I check charging system in scooty pep+

The normal way is locate the battery, using a multi meter set to 20 volt DC check the volts across the terminals, if your battery is 12 volt the reading should be at least 12.5 and at most 13.5. If 6 volt the reading will be somewhere between 6.5 and 7.5 volts. Remove meter, start the engine, connect the meter back to the battery keep it set to DC and 20 volt. Note the meter reading at tick over and slowly increase the revs the voltage should rise to about 14.4 volts for a 12 volt system and maybe 8 volts for a 6 volt one. If volts to not rise then check regulator/rectifier, if OK check alternator.

Make sure that the air vent on the petrol tank is not blocked. The tube sometimes gets pinched when you sit on the seat.

Bread does not rise enough I have carefully measured ingredients use rapid bake setting fleichmans rapid rise yeast checked water temp still having problems I have tried 4 times regular and rapid rise and...

A few tips.
The yeast must be absolutely fresh, use sachets instead of packets.
Keep yeast well away from the fats and liquids.
The fast rise setting will produce less rise than the full program.
You must only use strong bread flour.
Open lid immediately beep sounds.

Our bread has not been rising, and so it comes out sort of hard and misshapen. We've been using the rapid course, and have been adjusting the amount of rapid rise yeast

The rapid rise will not produce as good a texture of bread as the normal full program. Never let the yeast come into contact with liquids or fats in the pan. It must stay dry.

If I'm guessing right, your turn signal is flashing rapidly when you have it on. if this is true, then one of your turn signal bulbs is bad and needs to be replaced.
