Not an easy one here,,,, Take out the brake light bulb (eliminating problem bulb) if light still dulls it's a wiring problem ! , most likely at swing arm or chassis to mud guard or wheel arch .
If not, (no problem) run a seperate earth wire from battery to headlight earth (make sure of polarity) This will indicatean EARTHING problem . Do the Same for the positive side which will indicate a problem at the front fork to headlamp assy area (not likely)

Hi, this seams to be a head light wire pinched or trapped and very near a DEAD SHORT. you will need to check the full length of the lighting system. if you see a cable tye too tight. or the cable pinched under a bracket. please INSULATE with TAPE and make the wiring harness back to what is was. this may involve another wire and this circuit. sometimes if you take the BATTERY NEGATIVE LEAD OFF and connect a bulb from BATTERY to BULB and to the NEGATIVE LEAD. if the TEST BULB is very BRIGHT. LEAVE the TEST BULB on this CIRCUIT. then a part short is indicated. by disconecting various connector this will give you a better idea of place of the partly shorted wiring. if you move harness at different location the bulb should DIM and gives another indication where it is. take bulb OUT of CIRCUIT REPLACE NEGATIVE LEAD. gerry

Dim tail light.

Brake light switch under dash and actuated by the brake pedal lever is out of adjustment or faulty. Adjust or replace it and you'll have your brake lights back. The dim tail lights may just be that you have possible replaced them with the wrong bulbs or the ground to light housing is faulty.

When I turn on the head lights the tail light's go out .when i hit the brake they will come on and stay on but they're real dim also the thrid brake light stays on as well

You have a ground problem. Usually a ground point by each headlight, one back at the rear tail lights and check the battery to body ground.

1993 subaru rs turbo hand brake abs and battery lights show up and makes a buzzing noise when I'm driving also when I have headlights on it dims down then brightens up when hand brake abs and battery...

if you are saying that the dash lights go dim and bright while driving it could be a loose connection of the wiring harness behind the speedo nacal.

Was fine started great then voltage hand went left abs light came on brake light came on dome lights came on head lights went off all panel lights went crazy blinking then jeep would not start without

Seems to be having problems with the alternator. Alternator itself can be bad, but also the voltage regulator, which sits inside the PCM (powertrain control module).
Don´t continue using with battery voltage around the 10V, because it will ruin your battery as well. Completely charge the battery with an external battery charger and let the alternator be checked out first.

When i put front brake on no back light and headlight goes dim

Check the battery to make sure it is not failing.
The headlight will work even if the battery is not holding a charge.
Basically running off the alternator.
Hitting the brake activates a draw of current which will dim the headlight.
Brake light may or may not work. Check the fuses and make sure there are no shorts in the wires running to the tail light. Check bulb also to make sure it is has not burned out.

Battery and brake lights flicker and headlights dim

Sounds like a low voltage problem, alternator not charging properly. When you press the gass the motor takes more juice from your battery to fire the spark plugs have you had your charging system tested (most auto parts places do it for free)? Either that or a loose wire causing the short. Check all grounds under the hood and make sure they all have a good contact
