Question about 2006 Hero Honda Karizma
Hi, i never done one of these before, but, PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE STARTING (VERY IMPORTANT)
i will try to help you. LEAVE THE BRAKE CALIPER PIPE (CONNECTED). SLACKEN the BRAKE CALIPER undo the BRAKE FILLER CAP and MAKE SURE THIS DO'S NOT GET ONTO THE PAINTWORK. (THIS WILL STRIP PAINTWORK INSTANTLY). (DO NOT SHAKE MOTORBIKE). NEED TO PROTECT WITH DENSE HEAVY TYPE CLOTH. the PADS of the caliper need to be carefully pushed back then take off the caliper. do not undo BRAKE FLUID PIPE. take out pads and OBSERVE IF ANY PAD CLIPS ARE CONNECTED. push the caliper piston back (if no room to fit pads). you may need to displace some BRAKE FLUID. if BRAKE FLUID SPLASHES ON TO THE PAINTWORK DO'NT RUB IT OFF the paint will come off. REPLACE BRAKE FLUID CAP as SOON AS you get the CALIPER OFF. when all wok DONE and all bolts are tight . this WILL NEED TO BE BLED (TAKE AIR OUT OF SYSTEM). and TEST the BRAKE BEFORE ROAD TESTING (VERY IMPORTANT). gerry
