Question about Harley Davidson FLHX Street Glide Motorcycles

I plan on servicing my 2010 road glide custom, I purchased a good quality motor cycle jack. I want to know where to position the jack. do not want to damage cross brace under transmission. or do I find the sweet spot so the motor cycle is balanced ? both wheels off ground.

U are right about finding the sweet spot but i would also use spung or something protective between the lift and the bike to prevent scratching were corriosion may occure after a year or so.Hope this helps.

HD Dyna 2010 Superglide won't start


Hi Clements_car, and the usual suspects are:
1.Ignition/Light Key Switch not in IGNITION position.
2.Engine Stop switch in the OFF position.
3.Discharged battery, loose or corroded connections check negative cable at both ends. (solenoid chatters).
4. Bank Angle Sensor tripped and Ignition/Light Key Switch not cycled to Off and then back to on.
5. Starter control circuit, relay or solenoid faulty.
6. Electric starter shaft pinion gear not engaging or over-running clutch slipping.
7. Security alarm not disarming

Where is the signal flasher located on a 2009 road glide


The 2009 Harley Road Glide turn signal flasher is located inside the fairing, which is under the dash board on the driver's side. Hi Eljefalalo, 4 out of 5 Harley Gods give this one a thumbs up, but just to be on the safe side contact your local dealers service/parts department for confirmation and your torque specifications are:
1. 1/4" bolts 10 ft lbs.
2. 5/16" bolts 20 ft lbs.
3. 3/8" bolts 35 ft lbs.
4. 7/16" bolts 55 ft lbs.
5. 1/2" bolts 75 ft lbs.

As part of the Sony commitment to quality, Sony is announcing that it is extending the limited warranty (parts and labour) in Canada on the optical block of 2006 model SXRD televisions (models listed above) until June 30, 2010 , regardless of purchase date. This extended warranty does not apply to replaceable projection lamp and other parts that may be used in the televisions.
Sony is also announcing that for any owner of these model SXRD televisions who paid out-of-pocket expenses on or before December 31, 2008 for an estimate or repair service to replace the optical block, Sony will reimburse the customer by mail for the cost of the optical block and the labour expense to replace it, subject to certain conditions.
