test regulator rectifier maybe. Or try different battery, and check battery terminals for green or corrosion. Check fuses in case burnt out and check wiring. if all okay then check motor.
I looked at info for 4.0L engine.
Make sure battery has a full charge and battery connections all good.
In the first picture, check that 40 amp fuse, under hood fuse box, not only check the fuse, check the fuse circuit for voltage, hot all the time. Use a test light to check for voltage.
The diagram for ignition switch, the top wires are voltage going to ignition switch, the bottom wires are voltage from ignition switch with key in the proper position. You can see the wire colors. Do some testing.
Sounds like a fuse let go! Get an ohm meter and check your fuses. They should read 0 ohms (or whatever the meter reads when the leads are touched together) Remember to pull the fuses first before testing them. I'd check all the fuses while you're there.
If that doesn't show anything wrong, then check the ignition switch itself. Turn it on and off and wiggle it a bit. If the headlight flickers, there's something wrong in the switch, and you'll probably need to pull and clean or possibly replace it.
Check All Fuses and Relays in the power distribution center under the hood and at the fuse panel inside the truck! Let me know if you find anything burnt!

first check your fuse, if it looks good get a test light and double check it. A simple test light is the first thing i go for when i'm hunting down elec. problems.

start at your key and work your way back. did you add anything? how long has it sat? check your battery cables. too much gunk on them and it wont make any contact
I don't know about the type of bike you have but did you check to see if you hit the shut off switch when your hand slipped? If the only thing you did was have your hand slip on the switch you may have broken the switch.
