James alot of these import bikes are a copy of a more well known bike, if the engine is conplete have a look at pic of engines but don't worry about the name on the casing all they do is make another cover put it on and say its thair own, and they are normally sold on the net, so nobody can link them to it.

James, I've had a few import bikes to repair, and all you have to do is look on the net for the bike you've got see if you can get a pic of it, then look in some older bike mags to see if you can find one that looks the same, they have just used a bike and changed the name, you will more than likely find it is a Honda, or, Yamaha sometimes they are suzuki or kawazaki, or you could ring Skidmarx on 01305780808, or email them , or look at websites such as bitzforbike.com or wemoto.com. the mane thing to look for is the engine if you can see an engine that looks like it that is the make of the copied bike but they may have put the engine in another model, it just takes some time but once you have the make and model of the bike they copied you should be able to get every thing you need. Good luck

What front sprocket do I need for a 125cc engine with CDI wrote on the side?

If the one you bought is too big you need to get a 17mm centre one. 17t is the teeth and the next important bit is the pitch.

either 420 or 428. You can check by measuring how thick your sprocket is at its widest point, 6mm is 420 7mm is 428 :)

When i hold the clutch in on my 125cc xsport pitbike there is a rattling noise in the engine like a ballbaring rolling round. help!

If it sounds like there's a ball bearing rattling around in your engine there probably is... take off the side cover and investigate it can't get any worse...if you keep riding it it'll only go bang and wreck the whole engine

Necht 125 gy.cant start.(no product selection so put in honda)

Hi Novice.

Sounds like you have a project. The engine will turn over? And you do have compression?

I agree with your accessment on the carb - probably needs work and maybe even a professional rebuild.

The electric sounds like it needs lots of cleaning up.

Do you have spark at the plugs? Are you able to check time? Points clean? Check all this stuff. You can find the answers to most of your questions at the Honda Riders Club page and elsewhere (like what is the gap for the points - what plug and gap - where are the time marks) It is too much to put here.

The starter switch operates a starter relay. It may not function at all. Find it and check your voltages. should be 12 volts on three of the 4 lugs, 2 lite wires and two heavy wires.

It is possible that all that works but the starter doesn't. You can jump the starter from the battery with a heavy cable to see it it actually operates. MAKE SURE THE BIKE IS IN NEUTRAL BEFORE YOU TO THIS.

I think this will gte you started.

Good luck with your project.
