Try cleaning the main jets,,its very easy to do and 99% of the time it will solve it
im new to this how do you clean the jets? is there any way to clean them without taking the carb apart?
and how often should i look forward to doing this? do i need to drain my dank and clean it out?
I've had the same problem for 3 months with my 2005 Eiger. I bought a new carburetor, petcock, ignition coil, spark plug, solenoid, intake manifold boot, and jet kit and even changed the 122 main jet to a 128. Still bogs down and stalls out if i LOOK at the throttle. I give up on it, best ATV I've ever owned, bought it brand new November of 2004, but I'm selling it. I bought three broke down Honda Recons. A 1997, a 1999 and a 2001, tore all three down and made one very good running Honda. I'm disgusted with the Eiger, i can't stand to even look at it anymore.
