Generally in most bikes reg is fine... in older models you'd need a lead replacement otherwise over time you could ruin your valves. The clear plastic tank would hold coolant yes.

My Briggs and Stratton mower was working fine 4 days ago, I put new premium gas into the machine today and it ran fine for 5 minutes then it conked out and will now not start at ball.

Never put premium gas in your mower, always use regular unleaded.Empty tank out, under the carb is a bowl, with a screw holding it on,remove screw and empty bowl,be careful and don't loose rubber washer, when you remove screw, gas will come out,put rags under bowl before you remove to catch gas,and always use lawnmower oil in the oil tank.Your spark plug may have fouled out, also replace it.You may need a socket to get screw off.

Propane not reaching appliances i.e. furnace, water heater and cook stove. tanks are full, what could be the cause.

Turn the tanks off outside and take the regulator off the tanks and the main line and bring it inside and thaw it out the regulator is frozen and won't open. Thaw it out and put it back on and it should work if not you may need a new regulator.

Help i think i put gas with water in tank

See if you can disconnect the fuel line on the fuel tank side of the fuel filter. Connect a rubber fuel hose to the line you just disconnected, and cycle the ignition switch (on and off) very quickly. Make sure the hose is not pointed at you or someone, because there will be fuel under pressure. Maybe have a clamp or vise grips on the endof the hose to control flow. Squirt some fuel into a glass jar, and look for water or sediment in the jar. If it's not clear gas, you'll need to pump out the tank until it is clear. You can try adding some gasline antifreeze, which will make water and gas mix, but it will take two or three bottles to take up two ounces of water. The fuel filter may be contaminated and will need to be replaced, too.

How to install a gas tank in 1983 chev 4X4 truck. gas lines to sending unit?

The trick to it is the easy way....... lift the box.
Take the bolts that hold the rear box to the frame out of one side "the gas tank side" and loosen the bolts holding the box to the frame on the other side.
Jack the box up....tilting it up sideways just enough to work on the tank.
MAKE SURE THE BOX IS SAFELY HELD UP WHEN WORKING UNDER IT!
Now connect everything with no sweat or dirt in your eyes.
The last thing .....and don't forget.....will be the 3 screws holding the tank filler neck to the box after it is lowered.
This technique works well for changing fuel pump assemblies on newer trucks quickly.

Where is the air filter on a 1998 valkryie ive looked in the book it doesnt tell you

Under the tank, remove front seat. There is bolt at the back of tank which attaches to frame, remove. Bolt in front of tank to frame, remove that. lift and you will see the air filter housing. That's where the air filter lives. You may have to remove fuel and fuel lines, but I was ablt to do mine with another set of hands holding the tank and using my contortionist skills to get the cover off and replace. Extra hands saved a lot of time.

Emglo airmate AM78HC4V; when trying to start compressor the motor will only hum

I had the same problem. Replace the motor capacitor. small white cilinder part with two wire plugs conected to it. This will have a single bolt holding it to the frame casing, you will find it under the black plastic shroud that covers the motor. Take it into any electrical or compressor shop and they will check it for you. costs about $35.00.

When i put in gas car spits and spudders clears out untill gas agian

Sound to me like you have water in the bottom of your fuel tank. when you fill it the water is mixed with the gas until it settles. put some gas line antifreeze into the fuel tank, may take several bottles. but this should help. if not you will have to have tank taken off and drained.

Remove gas tank

First remove your seat, this is hiding a bolt at the rear of your tank holding tank to frame.Disconnect fuel lines and any wiring or sensors connected to tank Remove bolt and pull tank up and back to clear 2 rubber nubbers on the front side( Eachside has 1) Don't yank and pull out any unseen wires...Good Luck !
