You might have an issue with the side stand switch, as if the clutch lever isn't pulled in, it won't run with the side stand down.

2007 CBR 600 When i turn the kill switch to on position why is the fuel pump steady run and coolant fan

Hi, Maria if your ignition switch is in the off position the pump should not run if the ignition switch is in the on position the pump will prime, depending on the engine temperature the fan will run no matter what until the engine cools off you may also want to check for any generated fault codes for this scenario you will need your service/owners manual if you can't find the first and best tool you ever bought for your Yamaha, despair not, for a mere zero $ you can download another one. Hi, Anonymous and the usual suspects are:
1. Throttle cables improperly adjusted, pinched or need lubrication.
2. Idle adjusting screw needs to be backed off.
4. Air fuel mixture adjusted too lean start with 2 full turns.
5. Intake system air leak.
6. Fast idle choke ramp is not releasing.
7. Broken throttle return spring.

Hi, Edwardsotoli you Mensa folks get all tied up in numbers that may be accurate but misleading, let me start with the fact that ECM's are virtually bullet proof and barring a nuclear meltdown are never the problem. I would be looking real hard at your EGCV valve/servo for wiring, adjustment or faulty integrity issues.
