2005 C50 SUZUKI BOULEVARD COOLING FAN NOT WORKING AND f! LIGHT AND TEMPATURE LIGHT ON. NO TOP END POWER, BAFFLES REMOVED, NO OTHER MODIFICATIONS.ALL THE FUSES ARE GOOD AIR FILTER THERMOSTAT AND COOLANT LEVELS ALL GOOD

dear bldrnr the proper oil weight for your bic depends on the climate where you ride 20/50 is recommended for hot climates 10/40 is recommended for average temps. jim

As long as the oil does not have the "energy saving" designation in the rating emblem, synthetic work just fine in the Boulevard.

Here's the starter motor, under the cover identified as #14

Looks like it's behind the rear cylinder.

Installing a heel toe shifter on a suzuki boulevard c50, is there any springs on it?


Nothing external; it simply slips onto the splines of the shifter shaft. Since the Volusia became the C50 in '05, they have been stock, did a previous owner remove yours?

How do I remove the turn signal assmeblies from my 2007 Suzuki c50 Boulevard


the light is a full assembly. the soft plate in front removes with a single screw from the bottom center. it makes access to the nut holding on to the light assembly. the headlight must be removed to get to the end wire connections.
