Most likely your starter. The heat from the engine heats the starter, and a hot electric motor is not as strong as a cold one. I had the same problem on a 1985 S-10, I had replaced the starter about a year earlier so I thought it couldn't be the starter. It was.

Some auto parts stores can test the starter (on the car), if you want to be sure.

Do you have a check engine on? If so take it to auto zone they can read your code for free and tell you what's wrong.

2007 impala won't start sometimes

The most likely problem is a failed safety switch in the transmission. It will only allow the engine to turn over when in "neutral", or "Park". Next time it happens try moving the transmission selector through the full range of travel a couple of times. If this cures the problem, you may need new switch.

1999 Windstar drives fine for awhile then something starts to happen the abs light comes on the trak light comes on the lights won't go hi and low no backup lights the turn signal won't turn o

Just as a precaution, please check the brake fluid reservoir on that model. There is a sensor at the base of the master cylinder which can leak brake fluid over the wiring circuit, and cause the electrics to short out. In some extreme cases this has caused fires in some vehicles. This is why Ford had issued a recall to this particular model in the states at least.
