Pulsar 150 front tire issue

I'd thy putting the bike on a jack or the center support (if equipped) and prop it so the front tire is in the air.
Rotate the wheel to see if the rim is bent.
Measure the distance between the rim and the fork tube on each side. They should be the same.

How to remove front forks from a 1992 honda fireblade

Probably do-able but you will have to make sure you can support the bike from under the engine. Some bikes will allow this all depends on what is below the oil sump area. If you can support the bike from under the engine I would suggest getting an ABBA stand and a small car jack. With the front wheel raised remove front wheel, fork brace if fitted, mudguard and brake calipers ( I always hang the calipers on string tied to the handle bars. You will have to remove anything that is fixed to the fork sliders i.e. cable clamps, brake line unions and fixing bolts speedo cable clamps etc etc. Undo the top and bottom yoke clamp bolts the forks should then be able to be gently twisted out. Be very careful when twisting the fork legs as the yokes are quite hard metal and can easily score the chrome plating. Hope this helps

We purchased a Radio Flyer Stroll and Go but during assembly the front wheel was put on but was put on 90 degrees the wrong way. We are not able to get the wheel off so we can correct the wheel.

Where you inserted the handle bars into the bearing assembly on the frame there is a fork clamp you had to tighten to secure the handle bars and front fork. Loosen this and you should be able to disassemble the front end. While reassembling be sure the you line up the notches on the fork with the grooves in the bearing assembly and that the handle bars are properly aligned before tightening the fork clamp.

THE LEFT SIDE OF THE HANDLE BAR SEEMS TO BE HEAVY THAN THE RIGHT HANDLE BAR.. SO I CAN FEEL THE INBALANCE WHENEVER I RUN THE CB IN THE HIGHWAY...

Lift the bike off the ground (front end), turn steering side to side, should be smooth all the way (not notchy), check your tyres both front and rear, uneven wear, warped rim, should spin freely and true (wheel bearings) than check for fluids on your fork legs, your front fork seals may be leaking or the oil may be due for a change!!

Wobble at above 65

Better start checking everything. depending on the severity of the wobble, it may just need something simple like a new tyre. But all of the following can cause a problem
Tyres worn
tyre pressures\and balance\incorrect sizes
wheel bearings front and rear
spoke tension( if it has spokes)
Head bearings\twisted forks
swing arm bushes
change front fork oil\check suspension settings
loose axle bolts
bent discs
string line the wheels
bent frame or forks

Front wheel rubs

What is it rubbing? the fork? Is the wheel true? Are the forks equally extended. Pull the font wheel and have suzuki ck. If it is a spoke wheel then it just might need to be trued through adjustment of the spokes.

Can you straighten torqued front forks on a 2002 Yamaha TTR 125 L

you should be able to saporrt bike so front wheel is off the ground   then take a marker and put lines around where the forks meet the triple trees that hold them in place their should be some allen head bolts that u can loosen on front of the triple clamps  once these are loose you should be able  to move the forks back to strait again in line with the handle bars just line the lines up that u put on them earlier and tighten the allen bolts back up    also  when making the lines  make them from left  to right so marker is touching both fork tube and triple clamp   this is only so you get can keep them the same ride hight as before

How to assemble the front tire to hannah montana 20 in. bike

hi,
When you try to put the wheel in, is it getting caught on the brake, if it is, the brake caliper unhooks from the cable

Are the forks bent, you can tell because if one of the fork legs line up with one side but not the other then the chance are that the forks have been bent somehow.

Twisted forks

and when the forks/bars/tripleclamps are straight the wheel goes towards the right. ii think they are twisted or bent. how much do new forks cost?Loosen your front wheel slightly. Loosen your fork clamp bolts on the triple clamps slighty. Hold the front brake lever. Put one leg on either side of the front wheel to keep it from moving. Use the handlebars to turn the front end back straight. Tighten everything back up using a torque wrench and torqueing to the proper values from your service manual. Go ride and have fun. ,
