When sitting at a light at idle, the headlight goes dim. Then when I rev up and drive normally, the light go up to normal.

The light gets brighter because the higher crank speed is generating more electricity. Your battery is getting weak. Check to see that water covers the top of the plates in each battery cell. A strong battery will make up the difference at idle speeds. Most bike batteries will only last two years or so. Please rate my answer. Thanks.

Headlights light go dim and normal at night driving,even the instrument panel goes dim at the same time.

You might want to check your car battery as this might be the reason. Otherwise maybe you might have to replace your altenator.

you must adjust the idling level..theres a screw way above the shifter (somewhere there) connected to the end of metal plate, turn to the right and idling level is high like yours, turn to the left and idling level is low...you figure where it'll sit right

My dials, my speed dial rev counter and temp dial all flip out every time i take the car out and the digital mileage goes to 0000 then it will all come back to normal plus when i need my headlights on...

I'd definitely check battery and battery cables. In the past, I had a vehicle where the lights at night would brighten and dim a little on their own, drove me crazy, at the moment, I can't remember if battery or battery cables, one or the other. Just my opinion.

the idle is controlled by the computer and the idle speed motor if the idle is too low the first thing you should do is check for a vacume leak as this will directly effect the idle or revs as you say
