I would think this is a involed must take into account the shock linkages & the engine postion..also the run of the chain. as if this doesnt work it will be akward to do..& also remeber the back wheel in the triumph will be a lot bigger as well..the only way to see if it works is to offer the swingarm up!! sure there will be some machineing work to do to make fit..& am sure there will be loads of little jobs & other things i have not said will crop up....good luck

Loose swinging arm

Lay the bike on its side. Superglue the bush to the swing arm. Lay the bike over the other way and repeat. Do not glue the bush to the shaft.

How to install a door closer

Most come separated but if not separate the arm that holds to the door and door frame. Look to your installation manual or instructions to see the proper placement of unit to door. Depending on the door/frame you might want to pre-drill some holes for the screws after placing and marking the spots. Place the main piece back on an screw to the door. Mark out where to drill the arm to the frame of the door. Turn arm or use screws to adjust it to fit to the main unit without connecting it. On the bottom take the cap covering up the nut and turn it 30 - 45 degrees (or recomended by maker) with wrench HOLD it there until you connect the arm to the unit. Make sure that it connects properly. After screw the arm onto the unit and recover bottom with cap. Done!
If the door closes too swiftly, slams, or is hard to open then it needs to be adjusted by turning the S, L, or BC valves on the side.
S- how fast it swings from wall to 1-3" from door frame (hits you)
L- those 1-3" to the frame ( Slamming)
BC - controls how much force is needed to open the door

Hi i can t pull out the rear axle off the rear weel off yamaha fzr 1990

hi if you have undone the relevant nut, then the axle must be siezed not uncomon on these bikes, very comon on other makes, to remove it you are going to have to use some brute force, find a nut that fits the axle, preferably noy the original 1 as it may get damaged, screw the nut on the axle until it is almost showing the thread on the outer of the nut, and drift the nut with a hammer or mallet, you may need to have some support on the opposite end while you hit the nut to absorbe the shock, when the spindle moves and you cant knock it any further bcause the nut is making contact with the frame, you will then lubricate the other side which is protruding the swinging arm, clean it up with sandpaper and then knock it back home the other way keep doing this until your spindle is free enough to drift out all the way, depending on wether it is seized on the bearings or the spacers you may want to check the condition of the wheel bearings as the shock may damage them, hope this helps

Have 5.5x14 alloys on a triumph stag will 7x14 fit pcd is same

ALL wheels have different offsets, you will need to try the wheel on the car to check the "offset".....will it touch the wheel arch/suspension arms/steering rods on the front and fit inbetween the wing/frame at the may find restricted turning capability from the fronts.......(why would you want to ruin a classic cars looks by fitting these wheels anyway?)

I news to tighten my chain. Never owned a bike

Loosen the Axel castle nut on the Axel and there is a bolt with a nut out the back of the swing arm. Turn the nut in the same amount on both side till the chain has 1/2 inch of movement up and down and tighten the Axel nut to 80 ft pounds.
