SOURCE: ktm 125 sx 08 stuck in 1st gear

You have a bent shift fork and possibly something else going on. The engine will need to come out of the bike. Remove the top end, the flywheel and electrics, the clutch, the shift mechanism and kick starter and a few other parts. THEN you are ready to split the gearbox to get to the crankshaft, gears and shift forks.
You will need an impact driver, flywheel puller, case splitter, torque wrench and factory service manual, plus the normal screwdriver, pliers, etc.. Alternate to the special tools is taking it to the dealer and say "Fix it". I often tell people to take it to the shop just so they don't get into such an involved project and they now have a knowing eye and experienced hands working on the problem.
The repair cost will probably be $800 or so.

A “very helpful” rating for this answer? Thanks!

What type of clutch oil do I use for my 2006 ktm 250sxf

Do you mean brake fluid for clutch pump or oil for the engine?
If you ask about oil for engine KTM recomend Motorex Power Synt 4T 10W-50.
If you ask about the clutch brake fluid you will need brake fluid DOT 4 or DOT 5.1. See link: http://www.manualslib.com/manual/90432/Ktm-250-Sx-F.html?page=36

I have water leaking into the gear box is it the o rings (4) ? The bike is a 2000 250 sx

Is the oil in your engine emulsified? (creamy substance in the oil or around the oil filler) If so then it would seem as if you may have a leaking head gasket, or cylinder base gasket.

2002 ktm 250 dirtbikes oil leak between cylinder and head by exhuast port

Hi, Anonymous to find the source of your oil leak, start at the point where you see oil and trace its path going up and forward, blowing baby powder from the palm of your hand will help in those difficult to see areas if there is too much oil present then buy a spray can of engine degreaser apply it to the affected area then rinse off with a pressure wand or garden hose, use compressed air to blow off excess water or just let it drip dry, take your bike for a 15 minute ride and check for the leak.

How much oil do you put in the front forks of a 2004 ktm sx 250

A good rule of thumb on anything that has a plug that removes to pour oil in, which I am assuming this one does, get it level and pour oil into it until it just starts to run out of the hole,. Again make sure it is setting level.

Have a 08 250sxf and it uses oil when ridden. i dont know where the leak is cos it only happens when ridden and i end up with oil all over the chain rear tyre and engine. i noticed once oil coming out of...

Assuming that the bike is otherwise running good and has no compression issues, it sounds like you mak have a clogged crankcase vent. If this hose gets pinched or clogged with mud, the crankcase will build up pressure and start forcing oil out whatever spot it can. If this isn't the issue, you will need to get a compression or leak down test.
