Sounds like your valve seals are burnt up and you are getting back oil pressure through your carb. Get ready to tear it down and rebuild it.

My 1979 750 Honda sputters when I go over 70. Like I'm running out of gas. Even though I have a full tank.

If it feels like fuel starvation, then it probably is. Maybe a breather hole is blocked. I had a similar problem and discovered that if I placed the spare key in the fuel cap and rode it, when the problem arose opened the cap and the bike started behaving properly. I took the cap to pieces and cleared the breather hole.....problem solved..

I have a 1991 suzuki gsxr 750, Just changed sparq plugs, and bike Is blowing white smoke. What might be the problem?

White smoke is most likely antifreeze. Blown head gasket most likely. Does the exhaust smell like antifreeze?

I have a Suzuki gs850 1983. After warming up, I get white smoke or something from the breather tube that exits the top of the head. Moisture in the form of droplets form a small puddle under the bike. ...

Check that your engine oil is clean(not contaminated with water). If you pull the dip stick out with oil on it you could put the oil coated dipstick into an open flame (lighter) for 3-5 seconds if it pops or crackles its wet.if it just smokes a bit its ok. A cold engine will do this fume-steam thing if the humidity is right.Once they warm up it usualy turns nearly clear.Make sure the bike is not exposed to rain, or cold to heat transitions. Some water from the tailpipe is normal, all gas engines can do it.If oil is dry and you dont have water from a cooling system dissapearing,(yours is air cooled) your probably ok.

My radiator steams and smells hot..

sounds as if you need to add fluid ...make sure vehicle is motor is cool before attempting to open the radiator cap then visually look to see if you can see fluid there if not you will need to add fluid to the top even after your motor runs a few minutes you will need to standby and continue to add fluid until full

My engine oil light is on, and my bike wont stop reving

hmmm tricky.... knackered fuel tap sounds favourite, petrol vapour coming back round the system via breather back in to airbox making the revs go up, and probably oil is like water being mixed with petrol that's been leaking through. take of oil filler cap and smell oil, if it stinks of petrol, drain oil, if like water and full of petrol, change fuel tap, oil filter, and refill with new oil. carb float valves should stop petrol seeping through in theory but it'll always get past. just thought, if it is all that then airfilter will be full of petrol vapour as well, get a new one if paper, wash out if foam.

I HAVE 1996 GSXR 750 WITH EXTREMELY LOW MILEAGE AND OVERALL GOOD SHAPE. HOWEVER I FILLED THE TANK YESTERDAY AND DID OVER-FILL. FUEL HAS BEEN LEAKING OUT OF THE GAS TANK BREATHER HOSE FOR A DAY AND A HALF...

If its a slow leak. Yes Normal. If its pouring out. you might want to check your fuel lines. If it continues to come out you should replace your gas lines immediately.
