There is a dead short in the wiring or a switch is shorting out. If the wires have smoked you will need to find the original short, fix it, then strip the wiring harness in the burned areas and replace any burned wires. You may need to replace a section of the wiring harness or possibly the entire wiring harness. Better chec if fuses r correc amps-thers some issue with the harness like flawed or bare wirin--if fuse is too high it wont fry n detect a short
