Question about 1977 Honda Cb 400 F

This may sound stupid to some people But Where is the Cam Chain Adjuster on a 1977 CB400/4 F2 .Haynes Manual Says how to tighten but does not give location. It does mention a 10mm bolt between front engine plates to aid tightening but mine has a lock nut on it is this the tensioner. Someone please help a Newbie to CB400/4

After about 10,000 miles, the tensioner and guide need to be changed. If this is done the cam chain will be good for another 10,000 miles with adjustments every 2,000 miles
