Looks like you are not servicing your vehicle in timely fashion. Pulsar is something which can,t work without engine oil.The symptom that you have shown is more like low engine oil level or not been changed for a while. feel free to update me

What is the standard clearance of the intake and exhaust valve of pulsar 180

Hi, Dionisio 0.05mm intake 0.05mm exhaust for this scenario you will need your service/owners manual if you can't find the first and best tool you ever bought for your Yamaha, despair not, for a mere $0 you can download another one. My pulsar 150, 16000 kms done. Now the engine getting more heat within 10 to 15 kms . The oil change intervel is 3000 kms

Hi, Anil your engine was designed to run at an oil temperature of 180-230 degrees Farenheight or 82-110 Celcius if your not comfortable with those specifications you can always install an oil cooler otherwise the usual suspects are:
1. Insufficient oil supply, or oil not circulating.
2. Insufficient air flows over the engine.
3. Heavy carbon deposits.
4. Ignition timing retarded due to faulty MAP, CKP, and/or CMP sensors.
5. Leaking intake or exhaust valve.
6. Water coolant low or pump failure.

Intake relay

Under the bike seat you can see a relay in round shape with two wires bolted to it you just short circuit those tow wire if the self starter motor works then change that relay before that check your battery charge with volt meter it should be more that 12v like 12.75 then check the voltage when you press the self starter switch it should not go below 9v if it is below then check the batt in shop.

Chances are the intake and exhaust valves have a carbon build up on the face of the valves and just need to be re-seated to give a good seal. All your power is escaping out the tailpipe. A compression check will tell for sure. Please rate my answer.

Milege is not coming in pulsar 180

basic steps to improve mileage are getting the bike serviced regularly, to keep the exhaust intact, setting the initial rpm and even the quality of riding can help you increase your mileage ride at economy speed.

My bmw x5 3d relising so much smoke from exust

Just had my car in the garage with horrendous white smoke coming from the exhaust. The problem with mine was a blocked crankcase breather. When blocked oil is passed into the exhaust system apparently.
Problem solved by the mechanic and half a day in the garage with the engine running to burn off the excess oil in the exhaust and the problem was solved. Had gentle ride out to the coast yesterday approx 1.5 hrs each way and the smoke has gone.
Good result for £160.00. I dread to think what the dealer would have charged.
