Has anyone taken the head off a suzuki verona

engine head?
what is the question. what are the symptoms.?
what is bad.?
ever heard of books, one good book is called the FSM
the factory service manual, read that, and then ask questions.

take it off
send to machine shop. for R&R or exchanged.
then put it back, (checking for deck warp-age first)

do not fail to check for warp, (in the classic way)
or it will fail again, with new gaskets.

My 2004 suzuki verona is losing water but its not leaking under the car. where could it be going and what could be the problem

you have a blown head or head gasket. the water is either being burnt, white smoke, or seeping into your oil. check your dipstick, if it's not getting into your oil you can probably run it a little more without damaging it. however if there is water in the oil fix it now.

I have a 04 verona im losing 2 quarts of oil a week my head gaskets are good theres no smoking or any signs of leakin, I dont know where the oil is going

If your losing that much, you have a leak somewhere. You need to find out where the leak is at. It may be leaking at the oil pan. It may also be leaking at the seals on the head. Either way, you need to find out where it is leaking at first.

Well i want to buy this car. but The only issue with it is the head gasket is popped or the radiator needs replaced so the car over-heats after about 5 miles ? can i repair it ? how much you think it will...

First you need to determine if it's the head gasket or the radiator, as the cost and labor involved is very different. Is the oil or antifreeze contaminated? If so, most likely its the head gasket. Keep in mind also that if the head gasket failed and the car overheated, the cylinder head may be warped or even cracked. After removing the head, take it to a machine shop and have it checked. As far as cost goes, it depends on whether you do it or not. A head gasket set will probably run you around 50 - 75 dollars, and figure 150 - 200 for the machine shop to check it. These are very round figures, and you might want to call a couple of parts stores to get prices for the gasket set, and call a machine shop and ask them what they're charging to clean and inspect an overheated head.

We need to know how to change a valve cover gasket on a 2004 suzuki verona 2.5L ENGINE

There are probably 8 - 12 bolts/nuts that attach the valve cover to the cylinder head. Remove the bolts, clean the mating surface, install new gasket, and reattach the valve cover with the bolts.
You may need to remove the following spark plug wires vacuum lines air cleaner assembly oil filler cap

Broken kick starter gear

No other gear set available to my knowledge. The correct set of gears should be able to handle an extra 50cc. The head gasket and cylinder gasket should also be the same. If they arn't, the larger gaskets would come with the kit.
