Old models. make sure it's in Neutral. If it's a kick start, find the kick starter. Turn on the gas petcock, turn on the key, close the choke, make sure the manual advance is retarded if you don't have an auto advance and kick until it starts. Don't forget to take the choke off if it doesn't start the first or second kick so you don't flood it. Take the chok off if it starts but give it a chance to warm up if the engine is not warm.
New models.
Make sure it's in Neutral. Turn on the gas petcock. Close the choke. Turn on the key. Find the starter button located on the handle bars for stock models and where ever for customs. Push the "Start" button to turn the engine over and start.. If it doesn't start right away open the choke so you don't flood it. If it does start, open the choke and let it warm up for a couple of seconds intil it's running smothly. Put into first and ride off into the sunset.

Special instructions for sensitive bikes.
If it doesn't start at all get a shotgun, wedding ring or anything that will coerce her to start. Kick until you've kicked your guts out, tried pop starting her by pushing until you drop or praying to god to chase the gremlins away.. Sing songs, do anything that works, then put her in gear and ride off into the sunset when she finally gives in. Note: Some force may be necessary to convince her she wants to run. Kiss her when she does and don't let her hear you curse her when she doesn't. - Ruff

Was running ok then left and pulled into driveway, shut off next morning would not start tries to start acts like its out of gas, replaced a blown fuse but dont know what the fuse was to dont know how to set...

You need to start with the basic's, you need spark, fuel and compression for a engine to run and timing. So tell us a little about your vehicle, most newer vehicles dont have a distributor so timing problems are limited, fuel is easy to check if it is port fuel injected, if replaceing the blown fuse didnt help it is most likely not related.
