Question about 1999 Suzuki VZ 800 Marauder
I'm having a similar issue with my 2003 Marauder. I now believe it's
coming from the fork suspension. The red fluid is inconsistent with the
color of brake fluid. The brake fluid in my bike is tan in color where
as the leaking fluid is red in color.
I also do not believe it is any other fluid since the leak is only at the front wheel. Thus, it can not be transmission fluid, oil, radiator coolant or anything else. I'll reply to this posting when I completely resolve the issue

If the leak is actually on the wheel, It's brake fluid, If it coming from anywhere else and leaking onto the outside of the wheel, it can be either the trasmission fluid, oil, or antifreeze.
