For two reasons.

Alternator or Voltage Regulator or Other?

You will need to test the charging system. Try this simple test, hook a voltmeter to the battery and check the voltage with the key turned off. Should be 12 volts. Now start the engine and note the volt meter reading at idle, it should go up to about 13.8 - 14.2 volts. Rev the engine up and note what happens. If the voltage is low at low RPM 12V and then goes up with more RPM like you stated it could be the regulator or the alternator. Start by switching out or trying another voltage regulator. If this does not fix the problem you will need to test and repair the alternator. The alternator out put can be tested by bypassing the regulator. This requires special equipment and know how. I hope this gets you

On my 2005 F/expdn, if I am on red light stop, when rpm goes under 50 x 1000 my car shutdown. If I keep it above 50 by pressing accelrator is OK, pl suggest

1st your car should not idle below 110 rpm even in gear

idle problems on these are caused by both broken or open vac ports or a dirty throttle body the A/F ratio cant get a correct reading

Check the vacuum hoses, and the intake manifold gasket for a leak.

RPM is high on 2012 Versa

If Transmission fluid level is correct (with vehicle running etc.). You could have an issue with the transmission not being in the right gear. Other wise throttle position sensor could be the issue. This is why service centers need to do proper diagnosis because you should be in drive when your at the red light but you say its good in drive, park and neutral ?.

Bring it in.

That is not a question that can be given an answer that works for everyone, what ever suits you. Never exceed the Red zone in RPM.

Truck slightly jerks when switching gears

Given how little it's being driven there's a good chance it's just a vacuum leak or a bad modulator. neither one of these are very expensive to fix.
