SOURCE: 2006 Aprilia RS125 doesnt start
Hi .... Try switching the petrol off just prior to stopping the engine and start up again with the petrol OFF. There's enough petrol in the carb to start the bike. A good battery should show over 12 volts. Take the plugs out and give them a good clean or replace them. Is there a petrul pump fitted ? A two stroke needs to be ridden quite hard to maintain efficeincy, higher revs etc ........ let us know how you get on ?

Are you able to state if that belt is located in "Primary Drive Scot ( I own Rare 1975 W3A-RS & they had Duplex Chain & in 33 Years of hard riding, that chain "in sae 20 oil is still capable!!---Have we gone forward really with designs one must ask?--My W3A-RS can reach 180 KPH, but it has "Hung Together over lot of years, near bullet proof & up to 80 MPG how good is that/

check your owner manual if you still have it, it should have the key code. or call the dealer and give them the VIN. they should be able to dup a key for you.

Before you do anything else you are just going to have to read the codes. So buy the maintance book at autozone, locate the little juction box on the fire wall and jump the terminals with a little wire. Then of course sit in the drivers seat turn on the key(do not start) and read the blinks. Then you will know what the problem is.
