What is the cover called on the crank

Sounds like it is a chain guard. Chain guards are cosmetic to a bicycle and do not affect the functionality of a bicycle being operational. You will probably be just fine without it. In fact, you never see a bike used for racing with a chain guard, it's just extra weight to haul around.

Crazy temp gauge and wont turn over

Hi Anonymous and the usual suspects are:
1. Ignition switch not in the "ON" position.
2. Engine run switch in the "OFF" position.
3. Discharged battery, loose, corroded or broken battery cables, especially the "NEGATIVE" cable at both ends (solenoid chatters).
4. Bank angle sensor tripped and ignition/light key switch not cycled to the "OFF" position and then back to the "ON" position.
5. Security alarm needs a reset.
6. Starter control circuit, relay, or solenoid faulty.
7. Electric starter shaft pinion gear is not engaging or over-running starter clutch slipping.

Crazy temp gauge and wont turn over

With all of the micro chips out there now you could have shorted one out when you spilled the gas on it any switches that were in the area also. AI would pull a plug wire of and put a plastic handled screw driver in and hold it close (about 1/4 inch away from the frame on engine then hit the starter and see if you see any spark if you do then you have and other problem no fuel most likely.
Good luck Jerry

Replace rear turn signal bulb

Got exactlly the same situation today on the same car!! Manual forgot to say to remove the nuts on the 3 long bolts that stick into the trunk in order to tip the tail light assembly away from the body. If needed to tip the assembly, remove the 2 screws from the plastic panel near the lens. After tipping the assembly, the bulbs and sockets (found at the end of the wires) are removed with a quarter turn.

I can't work out how to get the seat off my bike? it is a sector i knwo i selected a zing 125 but i had to

Some scooters seat latches operate with the ignition key switch.
Turn it left and right as you lift the seat.
Sometime you have to push down on the seat while you turn the key
Some have a key right on the left side of the bike for the seat latch.

If you have no key, you can pull off the rear rack and then take off the plastics above the tail light.
Once that plastic is off you can reach the latch with a screwdriver or needle nose pliers.

How to chang a tailight in a VW Bug

Inside the trunk, behind the tail light, you will see a plastic cover. Open the cover and remove the screw securing the tail light assembly. Then you will have to take a flat object and gently pry on the actual assembly where the assembly meets the body of the car. Use a plastic object as you don't want to wreck the paint. There will be four clips on the tail light assembly holding it into place.

Drain the fron end fork and replace it using a recommended approch. Even levels and not air bound or a suchion bound may cause a stiff fromt end and not flexible enough that can not be noticed standing still and pushing down on the front end, This can cause a wobble that is like a loose wheel
