I am guessing you are talking about the piston valve, more commonly known as the slide.

I have a 2006 Suzuki drz 125. It's firing but won't start? Any solutions?

No solutions, but only suggestions... What evidence do you have of it firing? It's one thing if the engine is turning over, but if it doesn't start there are a number of possibilities. Assuming you have spark, your coil checks out, and you CDI is in good condition, the next thing to check is fueling. That would mean checking the pilot jet and mixture screw if you have one.

I put a fmf slip on, on my 06 Suzuki 125 drz-l and it is running a bit lean I was wondering what size I should go with on the jetting?

I take a small drill and go up to the nearest 0.1 say if you have jet with 104 bore, go to 1.1 drill, means 110 bore, next is 1.2 and so on,
When you find the right size, then buy a jet in that size.

Hi I was draining the "oil" on my 2004 suzuki drz

it sounds as if you undid the oil pump plug and if you put everything back in as it came out you will be fine.

Removing the carburator on a suzuki drz, 125.

It is quiet easy, you remove the seat then the fuel tank this will expose the carburetor then its simply a matter of disconecting fuel line and unscrewing attachement screws. why do you need to do this? I would be very careful doing this as any dirt or dust or grime getting in can have huge impact

if you have fuel comming from the carbuator area it is usually a flooding problem.either you pulled it to many times with the choke on,or the needle inside the carbuator is bad.to fix the first problem, pull the spark plug out, pull it about ten 10 to twelve 12 times.reinstall the spark plug.squeeze the trigger and pull again with saw in full throttle .it should start......second problem is more complacated.you need to rebuild the carbuator.......one more thing that could cause oil and fuel from carbuator is too much oil in fuel mixture.that would be the first thing i would look into......let me know if this helps.........
