I let my tablet die/shutdown now i cannot get it to charge/come on help

Remove the battery & let them sit separately for 5 minutes insert the battery & charge it. Make sure the outlet is working (sometimes the are switched with a light switch). If baterry is completely dead, it will take longer to charge. Give it at least overnight. If battery is getting hot & phone still doesn't work after a good charge then the battery is most likely dead for good. Time to get another. If battery is cold after a lengthy charge then the battery is dead for good.

Battery good, alternator good, starter good but my 1966 oldsmobile the alternator isn't charging the battery

Have you replaced the voltage regulator?
Unless you have changed the charging system and eliminated it, the alternator does not have a built-in voltage regulator like the newer ones do.
Be blessed.

Alternator good , battery good, belts on a/c bad can this cause battery not to charge?

What do you mean by bad A/C?If the A/C doesnt come on but the pulley turns without interference to the drive belt then No. It doesnt effect the charging system, what does effect the charging system is the ability of the battery to hold a charge. The average life of a battery is 5 years, The terminals how good of a connection are they? clean and have a solid connection.Have the battery tested, remeber the charging system should be 2 volts above battery voltage

Starts good with a jump from other battery ,but when i take cables off my motorcycle then trunes off.

Battery and/or charging system is not good. Put charger on battery, bring to full charge, then put load tester on battery ensuring battery not weak or a dead cell. If battery is good, check charging system.

Battery charging system doesnt charge battery when bike is running

don't let it fool you. sometimes depending how old your battery is will make you think it is not
charging . your bike charges just enough to keep yourou battery at top charge and that is it. so
then you shut your bike down and after a short time you go to crank it back up and it wants to
but just dose not have enough charge to do it, that is when you know your battery is no good .
even if you full charge it and then ride it may be fine , but the lights are on all of the time and
touching the brake will take that full charge a way quick if the battery is no good . 2 years is pushing it , and some will last longer ,but trust me when I say this . good luck.

Dash says battery not charging

Alternator is what charges the battery. The alternator isn't putting out enough of amps to charge your battery and you will get a light or gauge reading that the voltage is low.

Won't charge

if the charger is good, then there is something wrong with the charging port or the battery.

If the battery is very flat before you charge, the charger would not be unable to wake the battery because the battery cell is weak. Its only a desktop charger that can wake the battery cell.

So, test your phone with another good battery, and if it still does not charge, then the charging port is bad as I said earlier.

Best wishes.

After changing alternator and voltage regulator. Still not charging. 2nd $15.00 regulator replacment

Check your battery and check the ground wire from battery. Make sure all your wires are clean and good connections. A bad battery will not charge and a dead battery will not charge a alternator maintains a battery not charge a battery, so charge your battery completely before checking that the alternator is working. Check all the wires going to the starter for good tight and clean connections . Hope this helps...
