Thinc u need a jet ajust and you need a clymer manual-this type of procedure is delicate-to rich or lean can hurt motor--may also need a takedown n cleanin-enjoy

Have cleaned carbs many times over thinking Ive missed something. Floats were not set right to allow needles to even move off of seats. I set them where I thought they should be which helped but still stalls at midrange. Can anybody help me on this?

KDX200 carb float set up. Hi I have gas coming

If you have gas coming out of the overflow tube, you need to make sure the float valve is shutting the gas off properly. The float height would have to be awfully high to cause gas to come out the overflow. You might be able to do it on the bike but it's a lot easier to do off the bike. Pull out the float valve and inspect the tip. Make sure it is smooth with no evident nicks or deep grooves.
