FI stands for Fuel Injection. The fuel system sensors have detected a problem. It could be anything > a dirty air filter restricting airflow, a plugged injector, an error in fuel mapping, any number of things. Serious problems can trigger the computer to prevent the engine from starting until the problem is fixed. You will need to take the bike to a dealer to have them plug in a code reader. The code reader will tell you exactly what the problem is. Please rate my answer. Thanks.

I had an issue with my FI (fuel injector) light flashing, after a good nights ride. For a few days I check the connection between the fuel sender and receiver unit, all the other electrical connections etc. I also called the parts department and checked with them to begin considering if I needed to order parts. I overlooked the obvious despite speaking with a couple of people who I generally defer to for questions I can't quite answer myself. SOLUTION: I pulled the left side of my Busa panel; just under the handle bar is a small fuse box with 8 fuses in it. The fuel injector fuse is the 2nd one down on the right column of the fuse box (on the 2000 Busa it is a small black box, underneath the black plastic piece that is connected to the dash. FI light went out and my Busa started right up.

F1 LIGHT ON MY suzuki hayabusa comes on when bike is warm

The dash is indicating a fault code. I believe it is "fi", rather than an F1 light.
There is a plug connection in the ducktail that a $30 Suzuki switch that can be used to put the dash readout into a different mode. This will give the code for what is wrong with the bike.

WHAT CAN BE WRONG IF THE BIKE FLASHES THE F1 LIGHT AND HOW TO BRIGE IT TO SEE FAULTS

The FI light refers to F uel I njection. The sensors on the fuel injection system have detected a problem. It could be anything from a dirty air filter to fuel mapping errors. You need to take the bike to a dealer and have them hook up a code reader. The reader will tell what problem has been detected. Then you can decide if you want to fix it yourself or if the dealer should do the repair. Could you take a moment and rate my answer. Thanks.

Bike shuts off after stopping. no engine check light comes on nor does the FI light come on. 2002 GSXR 1300 4034 original miles

A very young bike to be having problems (Low Miles) did this start after refill at the gas station? If the bike is hesitant and dies when stopping it could be bad fuel, if not is the day temp cold? if so it could have a faulty ATS (Air Temp Sensor). If bad fuel is the issue drain the tank completely and fuel lines, clean the fuel filter on the fuel pump. Refill with clean fuel and it should be OK. If the air temp is cold, check the ATS values with a multimeter. Another thing to check is for any airleaks around the throttle bodies, check all vacuum lines are secure and rubber plugs are in place.
